The significance of creating awareness about our ancient Vedas and Upanishads for today’s world is that people from all backgrounds can benefit from the teachings inscribed in them. On erudition of the Vedas and Upanishads, one gains a deeper thoughtfulness of ourselves and the world around us, and eventually live more gratifying and eloquent lives.

Vision:

 Go:puja removes hardships of the people and blesses them with peace and happiness. It also enables a person to achieve control over his senses. Go:puja is equivalent to a pradakshinam around the earth, recitation of Vedas, and worship of Lord Vishnu.

Significance:

Learning the Vedas and practicing the teachings involves the entire body. Thus, Vedas are believed to have organs,the Vedaangas. There are six Vedaangas. Siksha – the nose or lungs of the Veda Purusha , Vyakarana – the mouth or grammar of the Veda Purusha, Chandas the feet of the Veda Purusha, Niruktam – the ears of the Veda Purusha, Jyotisha – the eyes and Kalpa the arms of the Veda Purusha.
